9/6/24 I placed an order with them and they sent me the wrong items. They do not have a phone contact, and can only be contacted via email and text. There is no chat feature on their website either, though they state it has that option. I told them they sent the wrong item, and they just told me to request a refund, and reorder. Now the promo price has changed, and they say they will make that adjustment. However, it doesn't change the fact that they messed up the order, and now I have to go out of my way to return something that was in their error.
And yes, the text customer service is Lynda M., and only replies with default responses that are utterly useless.
