I've work TR for years. A few months ago I ordered a sweat suit. The hoodie didn't have pockets and the pants had holes in both pockets. I sent email about this issue, before I wore the sweat suit.
I was basically told they couldn't do anything about the issue.
Needles to say, I have not made anymore purchases from TR and I do not plan on doing so. I've even stopped my adult children and friends from ordering as well. Treat your customers with respect. Your product was defective and you should've honored that.
