I have been contacting True Religion via their text app since December 13th about my package. It was scheduled for delivery and has not moved.
I contacted Fedex and Fedex said contact True Religion so I have and the customer representatives on the text app are so rude and unhelpful. Megan E lied on Monday Dec 16th and told me to contact them back in 3days. I did which is today and SUPER RUDE JADE M was VERY RUDE AND WOULD NOT CALL FEDEX SHE ACTUALLY TOLD ME IF COULDNT WAIT FILE A CLAIM WITH MY BANK. She was HORRIBLE TO TALK WITH.
She also told me to call in 2-3 days just like Megan said on Monday. They just lie and give you the run around. You cant speak to a live person only text.
