Its taking over a month now to get my refund back after my order was back ordered & unavailable. First of, I got an email saying 3-5 business days, and then another, saying 10 business . I have still not gotten my refund. I send out couple of emails, but only two replies from them. & they just ignored the rest.
What’s annoying is I keep receiving other random email from then concerning discount on clothes & stuff. That tells me they are bunch of idiots that care less about you & I
