Ordered for a Christmas present which didn't happen ok then may it will be here for his birthday no still waiting!! ordered same 3 items in various sizes on 3 different occasions as they sent whatever they thought randomly to me at the same time keeping my money.
Whilst I trusted that they would refund me and resend correct item they havent ! still waiting on 3 refunds. Called CS, emailed and chatted online all hopeless as the CS do not have the power to resolve anything they are just there to say my apologies which is a little annoying rather than helpful
