I ordered an item based on a specification section, which was incorrect, these guys picked up on the error and immediately corrected the situation, with no stupid arguments or fake denials,they sent the correct items out and also sent a return parcel, my customers say it's not about when mistakes happen, its how a supplier responds to rectifying a situation when it goes pear shape.
Their response was exceptional- five stars.
