Had some confusion with my orders at the beginning and I requested if it could be consolidated. Rep wasn’t able to do it due to ordering and delivery issues so I was very disappointed.
Got a call from Trust Panda co-founder and he explained to me the reason for not able to consolidate my order. He then gave me a better alternative which saved me heaps of $$$ due to the Black Friday Sale.
I appreciate that he went above and beyond to offer a customer such as myself better options to save $$$ on their products.
