Trust pilot can not be trusted at all. Not sure how they are even surviving with name. I posted a review for a company and the removed it without any valid reason. I sent a complaint to them too for this but no response.
I think they want negative reviews to be posted more for the companies so they can blackmail them to sign up with them.
