Trustpilot is the worst thing to happen for small businesses. It makes no sense that a score is judged by a handful of people when your client list could be thousands. Trustpilot attracts the high majority of customers that have experienced an issue. The thousands of customers that have a good experience are not attracted to leave a good review. It does not reflect the true image of how well a small business can operate.
