Trustpilot is like any business it needs money to survive so why would it allow it’s money to be cut off, fact the companies pay trustpilot so it’s common sense they will protect that income, so basically do research and look online at other reviews that should give you a better and clearer picture regarding the company, don’t rely on Trustpilot
