The site removes negative reviews at the request of the company's owners. I am in the middle of a complaint with a furniture warranty company. That company complained to Trust Pilot that I wasn't a genuine customer. Despite evidence, Trust Pilot believed the warranty company and removed my review. Usefulness none trustworthy reviews ! My original claim is now with Insurance Ombudsman .... thats how genuine it was.
