Trustpilot will damage your brand, it allows fake reviews and has very dodgy business practices including trying to use threats to defraud you.
As a small business you will harm your company by using Trustpilot.
Every year they change the plan you are on just before renewal and put the prices up, forcing you to spend more to receive the same functions you just had.
it's a scam that sees you losing money and also having to defend yourself from fake reviews. Not good for a small business owner.
