have a 3.8 great review, so 4 stars for a company FirstPort that has 41% terrible/bad, and 53% excellent. how does that work? they allow fraudulent reviews for paying companies to doctor their ratings up, by allowing contractors paid by that company to post reviews, instead of paying customers.
