This site is not to be trusted. My entire user profile was deleted without any explanation whatsoever after I left a genuine negative review. The company was a Danish jewelry brand called Chanti to which my partner and I lost about 100 euros. On the other hand, my five-star reviews were deleted as well for Intimissimi and Naturisimo, two companies I've had wonderful experiences with. If you look up It Intimissimi on Trustpilot, most of their reviews are negative and their Trustpilot score 1.4 stars. This makes me think that some companies pay to get reviews deleted (Chanti) and those you don't pay (Intimissimi, for example), get flooded with negativity. Sounds like a mafia to me.
