As a business I had set up a Trustpilot account for review collection. Sadly the website it was to be used for fell through and was not proceeded with. I cancelled my Trustpilot account after 6 months (aid in advance so no outstanding payment) and now they just harass me constantly for payment of a service that is never going to be used. I will never sign up with them again, plenty of other options without the grief.
