I have used Trust Pilot for a while now and always relied on their reviews as a consumer. I have also written several reviews. My latest review was flagged by the company in question as "Not a genuine experience" and since then I have been made to jump through hoops to prove not only that my experience was genuine but also to defend my honesty and my own integrity too. The Trust Pilot system is heavily stacked in favour of any company who flags a review, especially if they are paying for the Trust Pilot service. They will ask for proof of your interaction then delay replying, refuse to accept your proof, lose emails, then make you start all over again. Basically they will do anything to stall you until you give up. Trust Pilot reviews cannot be trusted and in my opinion are an absolute disgrace! I will never use them again.
