They deleted my negative review at the request of the company claiming they have an auto detection software that detects fake reviews. At the same time they let said company invite dozens and dozens of people with obviously fake accounts to write positive reviews about them. Overall score for said company (Postnord Sweden) have gone up from 1.6 to 3.6 in less than three months. Not shady at all!
