I left a genuine negative review for an Energy company and within minutes my review was removed. I'm also unable to log back into my Trustpilot account. I can prove I was a customer of the energy company.
I read the reviews on here from people who experienced the same thing and I'm not really surprised. It makes total sense that Trustpilot and businesses would be in cahoots. Sooner or later it will back fire.
As for Trustpilot, I will never trust or use them again.
