So far, we’ve only found your service to be a problem. You consistently remove valid customer reviews and leave the business with zero recourse. You don’t even have the decency to inform the customer that you’re removing their review so they have an opportunity to comment. We’ve reach out multiple times ans it’s become evident that you don’t care but literally advertise about your ethical “trustworthy” approach but in practice it seems to be quite the opposite. Long story short, BUYER BEWARE. TrustPilot has zero concern about your business, your customer, or how detrimental it’s practices are for both! When you seek their help you’re either ignored or sent a canned email explaining something that’s has no bearing on the situation. It seems no matter what you do you’re just keep in this loop with zero resolutions. I’ve given 1 star because zero wasn’t an option.
