I have written a negative review about Racing breaks and asked to provide evidence that I was a real customer which I did . It was removed.
My understanding is that businesses pay trustpilot hence they are in the driving seat.
Maybe Martin Lewis or trading standards should get involved
I suggest using Google as these are not removed
