Trust Pilot full of fake positive reviews for paying retailers! Eg; T.V advert selling men’s underwear called Step One who no one has ever heard of has more reviews than British Airways, who have over 40 million customers a year.....who reviews pants? really? Eg2; Sykes Holiday Cottages received over 5,000 positive reviews when they were closed due to COVID restrictions, yet had complaints to trading standards about not issuing refunds. Strange how the fake customers are only leaving reviews for the paying companies. People can see clearly how fake Trust Pilot is. Just get rid of this disgraceful platform!!
