Trustpilot will remove all negative reviews if asked to by any company...It's not an open and trusted platform if genuine bad experiences are removable by the company being reviewed. I've had personal experience of threats from companies using trustpilot after leaving only mediocre reviews let alone bad ones. I've deleted all my 250+ review's ( mostly good ones) as I don't trust the platform at all now.
