My complaint has been going on now for at least 3 weeks maybe more and still hasn't been resolved studio have been absolutely dreadful all i want to do is send my parcel back they were supposed to come last Friday 19th i sat in all day no collection ive spoke to them today at 12:45 they said they would ring me back in 2 hours im still waiting absolute waste of time very ANNOYING and im very ANGRY and upset
