I think trustpilot are biased, and are all for the seller and company's not the buyer or customer. I left a genuine honest review about Onbuy.com, and Hermes. Thankfully PayPal have investigated and got me my money back after dealing with these dreadful companies they don't respond and totally ignore you, little like Trustpilot. quite apparent they only ever seem to let the odd review go live for obvious reasons.
