Trust pilot essentially gets its customers by blackmailing business into taking out their service, they let business be created on their site and then allow anything to be posted to the profile, its impossible to get a review taken down no matter what is said on a free account, it doesnt matter to them what is said
I assume this improves dramatically if you sign up to the quite silly subscription price.
