Joke! Weighted in favour of the very businesses we try to protect others from. i.e write a good review and no problem, slate bad service and write a bad review and it will inevitability be rejected if the business objects. You will be given 3 days to identify yourself and provide a reference from the business.. Which you can't do because you have closed your account due to bad service etc...
