I once thought Trustpilot was an impartial review site. I now think differently.
I am a certified Trustpilot user and have listed a number of reviews.
I posted a negative review in respect of myhermes. Trustpilot removed it without any reference to me and without offering me the chance to justify my review.
I sent them all the evidence.
No response.
I no longer have any faith that Trustpilot is impartial and independent.
I will not use them again.
