Trustpilot take down genuine negative reviews but leave a plethora of fake positive reviews up. Their “integrity team” who verify negative reviews are completely incompetent. In particular, Jose M in the screenshot is a moron. A review on trustpilot is worthless because of how it is all manipulated. Do not trust what you see on that website.
