Trustpilot removes bad reviews at the business's request, no questions asked, regardless of the fact that you have provided the evidence (requested by them) to verify validity. Naturally, they don't inform you that the review has been "moved offline", despite claiming that they will notify you of the outcome, you just discover it by chance. And all of this is carried out by the "Content Integrity" department - who knew the Danes had such a great sense of irony?! There are two definitions of integrity: 1)the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, 2)the state of being whole and undivided. I think Trustpilot are referring to the second of these.
