I wrote a review based on a company that my late father used for his mobility scooter insurance. I wrote this review back in June 2019. Now they've taken it down and want me to proceed I had this interaction with the company.
They did not explain why they removed my review. It was a positive review based on my experience. I cannot see where I have broken any rules. When I asked for their decision to be reviewed they didn't offer an explanation. They expect me to find evidence of a phone call I made 2½ years ago
