Trustpilot took my review of a telecom company down. They asked for photographic evidence to prove it was valid with data that I would not share with anyone. I’ve only used once and as they were very determined to take my review down I won’t be using them or trusting trustpilot again. Very biased towards the companies that find them not the individual reviewers.
