Left HONEST reviews on a company. Both were removed. I verified the reviews and emailed the order confirmation document across, Trustpilot acknowledged the email and confirmed verification & advised that the reviews would be up and running. However both reviews are stilk showing as removed. Yet they are trus accounts of my customer experience, and I have adhered to all Trustpilot guidelines. So how is Trustpilot trustworthy, when they remove reviews for no good reasons?
