I think they should change their name to Review Pilot, as the trust bit seems dubious. I posted a negative review of a company based on my experience of a phone call with them. The company responded immediately saying they had never spoken to me, which I expected as I have seen this in other reviews. Bear in mind that you cannot respond to replies to your review, so the person being reviewed always has the final word. However, you can edit/update your review, which I did. TP immediately contacted me to say that unless I provided documentary evidence such as an invoice, the review would be taken down. Unfortunately I have no such evidence as I decided not to do any business with this company following on from this phone call. I have since read other reviews from people having similar experiences. A lot make claims that TP are paid by such companies to alert them when a negative review is posted, take it down if requested. I cannot comment on that, but it has made me think about how TP make their money? Suspect this review will not get posted.
