Hi Can you explain why the list of reviews is set at default in terms of 'most relevant' reviews rather than 'most recent'?
From what I can see, 1* reviews are being quickly buried under 5* reviews due to this automatic default but only with companies that pay for your service. Who decides what is 'most relevant'?
Please can you explain who decides what is most relevant? Surely, it should be 'most recent' reviews? I believe it used to be.
