I do agree with the person below as left a genuine bad review for one of the law firm and submitted all the evidence and they kept bringing up anecdotal excuses for not being able to publish it.
Totally surprised about it and how bad they are. It seems like it is a platform where people are only allowed to post positive reviews on trustpilot as this keeps them in business with their clients.
