Do not trust Trustpilot. I have had a very negative experience with a seller of beauty products. I published my honest review on TrustPilot. It was taken down alledgedly 'at the request of the vendor'.
Needless to say, I cannot trust any of the reviews on TrustPilot, as for instance, the majority of the reviews on the beauty products vendor appear positive, and do not match with my experience.
