They blocked my account because a software program labeled it as suspect. Never mind that it was a genuine experience. Never mind that to prove my review as genuine, I'd need to come up with documents that have been in storage for 15 years.
I have a disc with documents...but not a single computer with a disc drive.
Notice the terrible reviews this company gets? Clearly I am not alone.
