Not to be trusted. You can leave positive and negative reviews. Positive will remain on there database no questions asked. After leaving a negative review on a company it was removed because I refused to provide detailed evidence of proof. So clearly customers that don't wish to go in depth with trustpilot will have there bad feedback reviews removed. Totally goes against what you are looking for from a review based site. So no longer can it be trusted for those that make the effort to share there experience. Never trust any company on there that has a positive feedback as trust pilots negative reviews would have been removed after a week.
