When you leave a bad review, Trustpilot will bully you into taking it down. They will repeatedly message you and ask you for tons of evidence and even when you provide it, they will still take the review down. Meanwhile they allow obviously fake positive reviews. I heard it is because it is in their financial interests due to being paid by companies to use their reviews.
