An extremely 1-sided platform that favors the businesses over the clients. They only ever question the negative reviews, never the positive ones, so even the worst of the worst businesses have good reviews according to them. If they don't like even one little thing you say - boom: they take your review down and make you jump through tons of hoops to *try* to get it back on.
In short, ironically, don't ever trust "trustpilot" for anything.
