i've been using them for a while to write reviews as i thought it would be helpful to others, i was wrong i believe maybe companies pay them to remove negative reviews or something i wrote a review about a bad product i bought , trust pilot emailed me saying the company doesnt believe its a legit review so i sent them my proof of purchase they then email back asking for more proof and going on tangents to work their way around taking down the review , sad but trust pilot is not very trust worthy please be weary of the reviews on there.
