Leaving a review on trustpilot is a waste of time. They will argue it each time and demand more information or threaten to take the review down in 3 days. Even when you provide all the information they have asked for they will argue on behalf of the company. I don’t know if they get paid by them. They don’t seem impartial or in your side. Their staff seem incompetent and lack comprehension.
They even removed all my reviews once off their own backs. I had to argue to get them back to which is a joke. For what they do their incompetency is shocking.
