I left a negative review of a company who has continued to complain to Trustpilot about it.
Trustpilot reached out for me and I sent them proof that I was a customer of this company. They accepted it and verified my review.
2 weeks later. They have had another complaint through, and I have to go through the exact same verification process all over again.
Utterly stupid, pointless, corrupt company that allows companies to harass reviewers.
