Trustpilot are totally "untrustworthy" they purposely obstruct any negative reviews despite being supplied with evidence. I recently had two very bad experiences with two seperate traders and posted 100% factual reviews with supporting evidence but had them removed once the traders complained. Trustpilot then just send repeated generic replies to my queries asking why it had been removed. They use the same text in every response so they either stick to a script or its a computer replying. They have no credibility as far as I'm concerned. They are heavily biased in favour of their fee paying clients and are not the neutral fair platform they claim to be.
