Trustpilot keep deleting our positive reviews but they never delete the negative reviews. They claim that the positive reviews are fake, despite us providing evidence that the customer has been using our services for four years and has placed more than 160 orders with us. We've submitted screenshots of the tickets where we asked the customer to give us a review, along with screenshots of his orders and payment,essentially, everything. They still insist that the review is fake, even though the customer has been a paying client for four years.
