Trustpilot seem to reject positive reviews claiming reviews contravene guidelines. They won't accept any of the documentation they request you provide to them and just claim they can't prove you are genuine.
Write a negative review ad they have no problem with allowing this onto their site.
Dealing with customer service is horrendous too!!
