Had a perfectly good review taken down. Provided proof of what I said and the company reply underneath corroborated what I had said. I believe the responses I was getting from Trustpilot were from a bot or some type of automated service as it wasn't listening to what I was saying and just kept repeating I needed proof of purchase, even though my review was about not being able to make a purchase. Very frustrating. If you can't leave an honest review without bending under pressure from big companies, then what are you for?
