Started as a good idea. My reviews which were replied to by the companies I reviewed were deleted?
It would appear that trustpilot may be getting paid by some companies?
Have stopped using them. Shame as the idea was so good.
The last review I did was to a company which let me down badly and it was removed before being published, so potential customers cannot be pre warned.
