As time goes by, to have a business account on Trustpilot and have the features available originally you now have to pay £250 or more per month.
When I joined many years ago, most of their features were totally free. Now there is barely any available.
Fortunately Google reviews are still free with all features available and they help your site's SEO far more than Trustpilot. As such I am starting to move my customer reviews to them, as Trustpilot has become a useless platform that is stupidly costly.
