I have been using Trustpilot for years, but have started to notice a trend. Any negative reviews I make on larger companies promptly get removed, even after submitting lots of evidence to prove my reviews are genuine. These large companies are obviously paying the large subscription fees to Truspilot, in return for getting negative reviews squashed. Its simply shocking. Trustpilot is totally untrustworthy ! I have now removed all my reviews (Good and Bad) from Trustpilot and deleted my account.
